Experience:IRL I am active duty military been in 5 years now and re-enlisted for another 6, I am in charge of the maintenance of H-60S multipurpose helicopters. Alongside that I am ensuring that the aircraft land and take off in the manner they are supposed to and as safe as they are supposed to. In the maintenance field I am the second to last person that inspects the aircraft before it departs for flight. As the aviation side I also do my duty as an Aviation Ordinance man and am in charge of counting ammunition, test firing weapons, disassembling the weapons, cleaning the weapons, reassembling the weapons, pre-firing, post-firing, loading multiple ordinance such as bombs, rockets, missiles, also mounting the gau 21 heavy machine gun and the m240d in the gunner seats of the aircraft and the 21mm machine gun to the side of the aircraft when bru's are installed. While doing these things I have to maintain constant safety due to these pieces of equipment being able to kill someone in an instant.Well since everyone is bringing what they’ve done on other  IFN I joined the server, got CR trained and became a ct. I never played Garry’s mod before and I loved star wars. I was offered to join the 501st and I figured why not I get to better myself as something as not to do something for me but help other individuals. 501st (PVT-Colonel)I joined 501st back on the Venator, I believe “Techdad” just left and my first Rex was Dehoff. Dehoff was very helpful in laying a foundation and helped me find out what key factors true leadership needed. Which was RELIABILITY- make it so that your troops can rely on you for help.RESPONSIBILITY- when one of your troopers messes up or you mess up you need to own it and not blame other people.DISCIPLINE - you must condition yourself to do things you can’t do to make yourself do what you couldn't do before and create that self-discipline that you need to better yourself so people can look up to you.ADAPTABILITY- you need to be able to adapt on a whim and take action before something happens that you believe is not right and in the event, it does happen you need a plane ahead of time.These were the things I learned from Dehoff. Then Wiley, my second rex came in and said we are going to keep everything we are doing but loosen them up a bit. Granted I felt that things were good prior but I felt I could rely on Wiley him being my CO and all. Around this time I was an SMG (sergeant Major) and was trying to find another outlet to help out and it was coming to the end of Wiley’s term. So I took a leap of faith and tried out for Torrent company. This is where I met one of my best friends and mentors Lone. It was my Echo. Lone alongside Hyper was a great help in building my RP skills alongside ARC training me. By this time Wiley had said goodbye but then came to Bump the person that I still believe to be my biggest mentor not only by making me a better trooper but a better person. Bumpt taught me that everything that Dehoff said was the baseline of being a good trooper but what really matters is how you handle yourself and how people persevere you, but at the same time to not let people walk over you.which in the long run helped me become an ARC trooper. 4 months go by and Bumpt got a second term as rex. I was given the opportunity to go for one of the Lore ARC troopers named Jesse. I passed the trial that they set before me and was given the role of Jesse. I then fell in love with the ARC program and wanted to express the ways and battle tactics of the ARC’s and this is where I met Raynes(my second blitz). I believe the Raynes had the best ARC selections to this day because it flushed out individuality. Make you want to meet the standards he set and exceed it tenfold. He was the best blitz in my time and still to this day. I’ve sat down with him many times on things that could make ARC selections better to the point he said I should run for one of the 501st ARCO positions. I then said “that’s a thing”.then immediately applied for it. A week goes by and I was taught to ARC trained people and was given the rank of ARCO for the 501st. Time passes and then we get a new rex that made the battalion fall apart and then internal issues began to arise which resulted in drama and several demotions in the battalion and then I took a step back and told myself “I’m going to do what’s best for me for once and join the ARC program internally.” So I stepped down from Jesse and Piano for the role. Since he was the best ARC other than me and he deserved the role. With the rank transfers to Rancor being a demotion of two ranks I didn't sway from my ideals. Rancor (2LT- Colonel)Upon joining Rancor I immediately worked with Raynes in ARC selections and with Knight who was the lore title of Fordo and he personally invited me to join M10 (Munilinst 10) the place that I would call my home away from home. I immediately got the hand signal training that knights offered and back when the RC on IFN offered EOD training to ARC troopers I took them up on it as well so I could help further my roleplay knowledge to the best of the best. Well, time went by in M10 and Rancor and Knight got bored of M10 and recommended me to be the next Fordo and I had no idea until an event happened on Coruscant and I was called to the stand. I had just received the rank of captain a week prior and my cool down wasn’t up so I had no idea what was going to happen. So I approach the stage and then an RC admin (still to this day I don’t know who it was) played Vode An and I broke into tears as all the RC huddled around me and Raynes gave a speech and then Knight comes up and says you deserve the title as a figurehead of this battalion and you not only show motivation to better yourself and further you knowledge learning everything you can but I respect you (and under his breath and you the only one qualified) and with this I give you the Rank of M10 SL Captain Fordo.” and all the RC got arrested for breaking PTS saying fuck yea Vode. after becoming Fordo I began to go back on what I learned from Bumpt, Dehoff, and Wiley and started to think about how I can incorporate what they taught me into M10. and I remembered Dehoff’s Base and Bumpts wisdom and Wiley’s straightforwardness and revised the M10 tryout to make it not only Harder but incorporate the Arc training that Lone and hyper gave me into a synchronized unit in which everyone had a role and a job and they had to for fill it. I also flushed out some of the not very fleshed out troopers such as Able, CT-43, and some of the roles that could be seen in the 2003 clone wars animated series. Such as the Pilot, the Heavy Gunner, the Quadblaster wielder, and the battles they fought and as much about the clones as a cloud. I remember sitting down with my unit and having a talk about lore names. Granted M10 didn't have that many named characters, to begin with so I had to improvise. I made it that each name had the Mandalorian meaning of the role of the class. Then we voted and the names were cast. They enjoyed it as a sense of worth on how you had to earn that name to get that role. And it weeded out who was dedicated to meeting not only their standard and my standards but exceeding them. Then Rayne’s term was up and Rancor fell apart. I tried to keep it alive with Flexer and Scapper but it fell apart to the point they Removed M10 (my Baby). But I couldn't stop asking why when they were to showcase Rancor but there was never an answer. That's when I swore to always give an answer to why something is happening and a solution to stop it from happening. Then i was Threatened by one of the XO’s that they would see me removed and swore up and down that the reason that Rancor fell apart was due to me and M10 so I said to him “I know your upset so I’m going to leave and go back to my roots and you hit me up if you need help with Rancor when you settle down.” So I went back to the 501st 501st round 2 (Captain-XOCMD)So I came back to the 501st and they were looking a little rough having CC (carnivore Company) completely empty with no one in the position and this is where one of my closest friends today Assassin got the Role as Captain Rex. the first thing I asked him was “where do you need me” he said CC NOW! Then I went ahead and came up with some docs I found from the old CC days and reconfigured them to the times and with the lovely help of Resha (which was boomer at the time) we rebuilt the docs and foundation of CC. Then when Assasin left I left as well. Galactica (pre launch-coding-Niner) Prelaunch and Coding- I had the privilege to work on developing the server with Heracles and chano on developing a functioning server in less than a month. while in development I've helped acquire server addons you see on the server such as the body groupers, they security camera system you see on the ship, the Zrewards system for daily logins, the server intro for when you log into the server, Dweapons which allowed us the tweak the weapons stats to the weapons you currently have in game. and many behind the scene ones as well. I was given the task to set up all the battalions' loadouts, skins, health, armor, and spawns, along with high command. (except Jedi's weapons). Niner- As given the Job to make an EOD program I again went back to some old training that I got to sit down and talk to people on what they expect from the code program, what kind of role-play it deals with and how in-depth it would go. So I took all those into account and meshed it into a doc. The first draft was a little under-bearing but with a suggestion from resha and jinshi on making it easier for game masters I color-coded it so it's easy to identify and manage EOD events. I have incorporated mass roleplay training to keep my unit on its toes and to make them better at doing said roleplay. I also incorporated inter battalion training with the 327th and the 501st. I am still building relations with other battalions and future battalions and would like to keep Black Ops integrated with battalions and not keep them separate and segregate them from each other. Rancor- PVT - SSG  I have aided in arc selections and have helped rancor become more adept in the rp they are committed to doing as well as reworking some things in ARC selections. I have also suggested several codes and callouts that I thought should be implemented. If you would like to see it or discuss it I would be more than happy to. Black Ops- Omega Squad lead round 2I have aided in making internal changes which helps increase the standards and make black ops more respectful to other battalions. When I am given reports I deal with the report and have the person dealt with accordingly.
